As often as you like! The pot is made to last. Remove the old plant (including the root ball), clean the pot and refill it with fresh potting soil and a new plant.

How often can I reuse my Grow&Go pot?

The overflow holes at the bottom of the pot are probably blocked. Carefully clear them with something like a skewer so the water can drain properly again.

My pot is overflowing and the water isn’t draining through the overflow holes.

That’s correct! Not all Grow&Go pots have a hole in the bottom, so they don’t need a plug. In some versions, the plug is attached to the label and this is clearly indicated. Not sure if your pot should have a plug? Please contact us via the contact form.

My Grow&Go pot doesn’t have a plug. Is that correct?

That’s inconvenient, because without the plug a pot with an extra hole in the bottom will lose the water from its reservoir. You can ask for a new plug at the point of sale or request one directly from us.

There is no plug on my label. Can I still get one?
